How to add a link to our privacy notice in the e-signature(at the end of job application)?

Summary:

I am trying to embed a hyperlink in the e-signature content configured at Recruiting Content Library. I added HTML coding like

<a href="url">link text</a> but it's still shows as plain text. We want candidates to be able to read the full privacy notice via a link, and then they can sign their full name. I am not able to find any other way to add a block(in job application configuration) etc to achieve this.
