Getting error JBO-25014 for Manage Salary transaction

Hello Everyone,

We are facing an error when an user has submitted Manage Salary transaction and it is showing the below error message:

JBO-25014: Another user has changed the row with the primary key oracle.jbo.Key

If anyone has faced similar issue kindly guide.
