How can I report on the Org Seniority Date when person has more than 1 contract

Hello

Has anyone got a work around for reporting on the Org Seniority Date for more than 1 contract? Because the org seniority date is attached to the person, its only returning on one contract. The other contract is blank and because you need to define the rule, its not returning the second record in an OTBI report.
