Global Talent Community Pool - Error on moving a candidate

Hi all

When we are trying to move a candidate in the Global Talent Community Pool, we get an error message saying:

We couldn't move the candidate to [Phase] - [State].

This error is happening for all candidates & with all phases/states. It's also only happening in the global talent community pool, in the other candidate pools, it is possible to move a candidate.

Could someone please assist on finding the root cause for this?
