Oracle Analytics - Pivot Table Subtotal - Percentage (%) of Grand Total?

I am looking for a way to configure a subtotal in rows to calculate the percentage of that category's total compared to the subtotal of the whole column. For example, in the below pivot table out of Oracle Analytics, I summed 62 hires under hire type "HIRE-NEW" for start date 5/19/2025. There were a total of 76 hires for start date 5/19/2025.

I want to be able to show in the pivot table that the 62 "HIRE-NEW"'s represent 81.58% of all hires on 5/19/2025 - and obviously reproduced across the rest of the pivot table. Is this possible to complete entirely within Oracle Analytics? If not, can such a feature be implemented?
