Is there a way for page customization using VBS or personalization for Learning Transcript page?

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to customize the Learning Transcript page in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Specifically, we need to:

1. Add the employee’s person number, person title, report date and department below the employee's name
2. Include the company logo at the top of the page
   
   Could you please advise if this customization is feasible using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) or any other supported method? If so, we would appreciate your guidance on how to implement this.
