Routing Rule not assigning activities to few Techs

Hi All,


I have a situation where the routing rule is not assigning activities to few tech. The tech is not constant however. On one day the tech will get 6 activities and on other day he won't get any activity. We have defined the WZ and Work skills at the bucket level. hence all techs have the same workskills and WZ's. I can also see that for few activities the tech location was very close to the activity but still the activity was not assigned.

Is there a possible glitch in the configuration that you guys can think off which is resulting into this. Will reoptimisation help here.
