Prevent Buyers from Releasing Holds Initiated by External Applications – How are others managing this new privilege?
Before this update, buyers in our organization were able to release purchase order holds and freezes initiated by Oracle Order Management. This sometimes caused issues with stuck sales orders. After the update, we noticed that buyers can no longer release these holds unless they have the "Release Purchase Order Hold and Freeze Initiated by Requester" privilege.

We’re trying to understand how other customers are addressing this change.
