HDL to mass upload new positions with associated requisitions

Hello experts,

we are trying to load new positions using HDL .

Client requested to include requisitions as it is possible in position creation in Position Detail.

We tried loading it in the system- the position was created but there is no requisitions created.

Can you help us how to resolve this?

This is the HDL template that we are trying to load:
