Merge and Center does not match as expected in excel export

Summary:

When the report is exported to excel from NR, the header "QTD" is showing as left aligned while in the application, the report preview shows correctly as center aligned. We need this header to be center aligned in excel the same way as its showing in the report preview in NR.
