Application Composer registering webservice with dynamic prrerfix

Summary:

After cloning Prod to Dev, the URL in application composer/Web Services in Dev instance are pointing to the Production URLs.
Is there a way to create the url using a dynamic value that put the current environment instead of hardcoding the full path
ex https://{LocalENV}.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/.

there is a risk that Dev environment might call production URL with bad data if maintenance after refresh is forgotten/done late
