Change the activity duration to a maximum value N

Hello all,

Anyone has a trick to level to a maximum value the length property ?

A host system defines the duration, users dont have the access to change the duration (desired internal access rule).

Without working from the host system, how can we use the message scenarios set property or else to have the length limited to 200 minutes for example ?

We are using 18A, manual duration setup. tried with message scenarios and was getting error (Not supported field).

Desired behaviour: 330 min booking becomes 200.  180 min booking remains as 180 min.

Apreciate any hint or help.
