Editing "Where's My Tech" Display in Oracle Field Service

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working with Oracle Field Service Fusion and have been utilizing the "Where's My Tech" feature to enhance customer visibility during service appointments. While the current customization options (like branding, map markers, and visibility of technician details) are helpful, I'm wondering if Oracle has any plans to expand the ability to edit or further customize the "Where's My Tech" display in upcoming releases.

Specifically, I'm interested in:

  • More granular control over UI elements
  • Enhanced layout customization
  • Additional data fields or widgets that can be displayed

Has anyone heard if these types of enhancements are on the roadmap? Or is there a workaround or plugin framework that allows deeper customization?
