Oracle Fusion ERP COA event trigger OIC integration

My goal is to trigger an OIC integration when the Charter of Accounts (COA) is changed in Fusion ERP, what event can I subscribe to in OIC?

If there is not a built in event, can we create a custom event and subscribe to the custom event in OIC?
