Procurement Dashboard not showing amounts in ledger currency USD

Hi,

We are using the standard procurement dashboards "Procure to Pay." Our ledger functional currency is USD; however, we have observed that the values displayed in the procurement dashboards are shown in other currencies instead of USD.

Could you please advise how we can configure the dashboard to reflect the values in USD?

I am sharing a screenshot for reference. Kindly assist.
