Custom payroll flow - don't proceed if the post SQL bind parameter does not return any values

Summary:

Custom payroll flow - don't proceed if the post SQL bind parameter does not return any values

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi Experts,
Is there a way to skip a payroll flow task if the post-SQL bind parameter does not return any values?
We have an extract where the workers are identified dynamically. If no one is selected, we don't want to submit the HR extract task. Is there any way to skip it? We set up notifications for users, but it is confusing because no errors occur (just no records are extracted). We would be happy to handle this exception.

Howdy, Stranger!
