Hi All,

We have scenario where a activity is done for 10 hrs and the supervisor has to know in which process(sub-status) the technician is currently in.But now in our application when an activity is started from technician side the supervisor will know that it is in pending status for hours.

Is there any chance where we can update the  sub status to service cloud before even submitting the activity? So that the supervisor as well as service agent will know at what process the technician is doing the activity.
