BIP report link errors unless "Create Search Index" runs—need guidance on recurring schedule.

Hi Team,

We have build a BI Publisher (BIP) report that sends an email to the line manager containing the same observation checklist link that appears in the redwood approvals page.

According to the Oracle documentation, we are required to run the "Create Search Index for Worklist" schedule process.However, the documentation does not specify whether this process should be run on a regular schedule or how frequently it should be executed.

But when the LM clicks the link and selects "View more details," they encounter an error. However, after we manually run the schedule process, the task becomes accessible without any issues.
