{25D} How to disable or hide Warning Messages in Redwood Termination V3

edited Jun 4, 2026 2:39PM in Human Capital Management 18 comments

Summary:

Can predefined warning messages be disabled in Redwood Termination V3?

We have identified 2 warning messages that are not relevant and would prefer to disable or hide them.

When terminating a worker with Notice period = 0, the following warning is displayed.
• Warnings: The termination date doesn’t meet the defined notice period of 0 days.
Business Justification: If notice period = 0 and/or action/reason is death, warning is obsolete.

When terminating a worker that is a line manager, the following warning is displayed.
• Warnings: This manager has direct reports that you can reassign in the Existing reports section
Business Justification: This is disabled in RUX as managers are maintained via parent positions.
