My Cient Group> learning> When the page loads it is blank

I am encountering an issue in the Production environment where, upon navigating from My Client Groups > Learning and clicking on the Learning tile, the page renders blank.

Please note the following:

The user has the appropriate roles assigned.
The user has an active person record.
The same configuration works as expected in the Test environment.

Could you please help identify the potential reasons for this behavior in Production? Your guidance on any missing configurations or known issues would be appreciated.
