Feasibility of incremental allocation run in fusion

Summary:

In EBS, we have the option of incremental allocation run. The requirement is once we run the allocation, there can be additional entries in source accounts post allocation. In such a case, when we run the allocation second time, 2nd run of allocation should consider the incremental balances from source. Can this functionality be achieved.
Eg) Initial balance in source account is 100. Allocation is run on the source account when the balance was 100. Post allocation run, balance in source account increased by 20, can the 2nd run of allocation will consider the incremental balance of 20 and generate the allocation entries.
