Reminder Alert Configuration After ILT/Virtual Completion in Blended Offering

I have set up the following scenario in Oracle Learning Cloud:

We have a blended learning offering consisting of two activities:

• One ILT/Virtual session
• One optional self-paced assessment (non-scored)

The requirement is to trigger a reminder notification 30 days after an associate completes the ILT/Virtual session within the same offering.

To achieve this, I tried configuring a Resource Alert, and below is the setup I used. However, I’m encountering an error and the alert is not working as expected. Kindly review the configuration and advise on how to resolve the issue.
