Updates to job data in Core HR impacting open and active requisitions
Summary:
When changes are made to the Job in Workforce Structures, such as revel, title change, or expansion into another business unit, this causes downstream impacts in ORC for open and active requisitions.
The requisition will have the job code mostly removed once a candidate moves to HR phase in the recruiting process and manual intervention is needed to add their job code back in from Manage Job Offers. This is a difficult process, as all traces in ORC of that job code is removed from both the requisition and candidate's data.
Is there a solution to ensuring the requisition data stays up to date with real time data from Workforce Structures? Typically, the business will not be able to wait to make the Core HR changes until the end of the recruiting process, and to create the best candidate experience, we cannot move the candidate from an already accepted offer state into a new requisition with the updated data created after the changes in Core HR have been made.
