How to restrict the recruiter list of value when creating job requisition

Hi everyone,

I found that our current setting when I am creating the job requisition, under the hiring manager and recruiter role, we can pick any employee from the company from the drop-down list.

However, even the employee doesn't get the recruiter role or hiring manager role, I can still pick them, but they cannot access the task.

Does anyone know whether we can control the list of values?
