Payroll accounts[operating unit]need to allocated to the exact operating unit while accounting in GL

Payroll accounts[operating unit]need to allocated to the exact operating unit while accounting in GL whereas the account rule is defined for that segment as "Source from Cost allocation key flex-fields". Even though we created the mapping rule also it is not working.

The Operating unit should be same in payroll accounting. But in GL side it should show the central operating unit. Please assist on this one.
