Schedule Ship Date Derivation based on Post Transformation Rule

We are observing an inconsistency in how the SSD (Scheduled Ship Date) is derived when creating Sales Orders (SO) manually versus through a bulk upload process using FBDI.

Currently, SSD is set to match the Requested Date (RD) via a Post Transformation rule. This rule is applied only if the SO has a Requested Date and the source revision number at the fulfillment line level is 0 (i.e., SSD = RD when these conditions are met).

However, we have noticed that for manually created SOs, the source revision number at the fulfillment line is 0, whereas for SOs created via FBDI, the source revision number is 1.
