Issue with Incorrect Salary Ranges creating a Job Requisition Based on Grade Rates and Business Unit

Summary:

We are facing an issue where incorrect Minimum and Maximum Salary values are shown while creating a Job Requisition for a grade that has multiple grade rates.

Current Behavior:
The system is picking incorrect salary range values—not aligned with the Salary Range Differential Profile configuration based on the Business Unit.
Expected Behavior:
The system should pick the grade rate linked to the Business Unit from the Salary Range Differential Profile when a grade has multiple rates.
Additionally, the Autocomplete rule seems to be fetching only the first row for the selected grade, which contributes to the issue by not selecting the correct grade rate. A screenshot of the rule is available for reference.
