Quote Visibility/Restriction for Partner Users

Hello Team,

We have a business requirement of  restricting quote visibility based on the logged-in partner organization /users. We are planning to use QuickRegistrationBuy type for our partner users as it doesn't required any licenses. Since we have a large number of users across various organizations, we need an efficient way to group them.

Example:

• Users A and B belong to Partner Organization X.
• Users C and D belong to Partner Organization Y.
• There is also a hosted Internal Full Access User.

Requirements:

• If User A creates a quote, it should be visible to all users in Organization X and to the internal Full Access User, but not to users in Organization Y.
