First in First Out Activity

While creating  a couple of activities in OFSC in mobility login for the technician the first activity is pushed to the last. And only when the last in completed by technician he can move on to the first activity. So basically it is Last in first out.

But I we have to have activities where it is First in First Out. How to acheive this.
