Manager keep receiving Goal approval reminder email after employee terminated

Hi Experts,

We have an issue Manager keep receiving Goal approval reminder email after employee terminated. How can we stop this? Normal scenario, Manager shouldn't be receiving the reminder emails on the reportee is inacive in the system. Employee Termination date is 16th May 2025. Today 04th June 2025, still receiving reminder emails.

Refresh Manager Hierarchy process is scheduled in the environment.
