Manage Journal approval rules base on converted maximum journal line amount

Summary:

We have a lot of ledgers with different primary currency. But as we are a global company and center is in NA, so our users are requesting to define journal approval rules based on journal line maximum amount converted to a specific currency USD.

Eg: SZ ledger's primary currency is CNY so the journal accounted currency is also CNY, enter currency may be a lot. They want to setup the journal threshold follow the same currency USD and as below.

When Dr/Cr maximum journal line amount ＜ 50,000 USD, journal auto-approve

maximum journal line amount ≥ 50,000 USD but ＜100,000 USD, journal should send to A for approval
