Default a field value from other existing field input value

Summary:

One of our customer is looking at defaulting Taxpayer Identification Number based on input value of registration number on the Edit Customer Page. please advise if we can achieve this using page composer or any other personalisation options.

Example: user will enter registration number '123' and the same has to be updated on the other field taxpayer identification number automatically.
