HCM Redwood UI – Remove "Action" Button for Employees Viewing Offer

Hi everyone,

In the LMS module. When an employee views an Offer, there is an "Action" button displayed in the top the screen. I would like to either remove this button completely or limit the actions available within it

I’ve explored options such as Role Customization and Page Composer but couldn’t find a way to hide the button or restrict its contents.
I opened an SR with Oracle Support, and they recommended checking with the community to see if anyone has encountered and resolved a similar issue.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
