Summary:

We have enabled self-reported life event alerts for Benefits and set the communication method as both Email and Worklist. While the alerts are being triggered, as confirmed in the alert history, employees are not receiving bell notifications upon approval of life events. However, the notifications are visible when accessing the BPM Worklist from the employee's login.
