Request Account Assignment process not assigning territories to partner
Summary:
We have created a child territory of "Partner" type under Parent Territory of "Prime" type. We also added some partner accounts as inclusions and then we ran the Request Account Assignment, but the partner type territory did not get assigned to the partner account even though it was added in inclusion during the territory setup but the parent territory of type "Prime" got assigned.
We also followed the steps mentioned in the below document. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/oasal/modify-sales-account-assignment-to-assign-partner-type.html Could anyone help us figure out why the assignment is not taking place.
