Talent Review – Facilitator Role with Limited Permissions

Hi Team,

The client has requested an HR role that, when added as a facilitator in a Talent Review, can conduct the meeting but should not have the ability to create, modify, or delete it. Essentially, it should function as a view-only role with the ability to facilitate.

Do you know if this setup is possible?

In the system, we currently have two privileges:

• Schedule Talent Review Meeting – required to access the Talent Review functionality.
• Conduct Talent Review – required to facilitate the meeting.

As mentioned, our requirement is to enable the user to conduct the meeting without granting the ability to create it.
