Is it possible to create a new dunning letter template and link to a particular customer?

We would like to send certain types of customers a different style of dunning letter, is this possible?

How do you create a new dunning letter? I am able to amend the letters in BI, but I cannot see how a new one can be created and linked.

Is it possible to link a dunning letter template to a customer based on the 'Customer Class'?
