Can we trigger a workflow when Line Managers submit License and Certifications for Direct Reports?
Summary:
Currently, when a Line Manager adds or updates the License and Certification section of a Direct Report, no transaction and subsequently no workflow is triggered for approval. The changes/additions are automatically saved without an approval process. We require our HR Talent Team to review all License and Certification submissions, so this is causing an issue when Line Managers can add anything they want without documented review. Is there a way to trigger a workflow/transaction?
