Data Integration in EPCM failed after cloning to test and back to producti

I cloned EPCM to test and back to production. Afterwards a previously working data integration (data import from planning to EPCM) failed with the error

No business rules found for load id:1,004

The data integration rule was working before I cloned the environment to test and back to production. Can someone suggest what might be causing the data integration to fail now?
