RSSP My Requisitions requisition search amount different than requisition detail total amount

When searching for requisitions using the My Requisition search the summary view search results do not equal the requisition detail header total. Has anyone determined why this happens or how to make the amounts equal?

Requisition detail Totals are exact amounts (i.e., $25,232.03).
