Email & In-App notifications are not showing for all Bank Transfer Request in cash management
Hello All,
Currently we are in 25A, defined approval rules for all 'Bank Account Transfer Requests' in cash management module.
When we initiate a Bank transfer Approver(s) are not getting email notification and In-App notifications though we have all the configs are in place. Approver is able to see the notification only at BPM worklist. Can anyone of you help me out?
At BPM worklist, we have enabled the notifications mode is 'All' and at task level we are using the default values as below.
However, when task is 'Approved' or 'Rejected', task creator is getting email and In-App notifications.
