Subinventory and Locator are not defaulting while receiving purchase orders in Mobile Inventory UI

Summary:

When we receive a purchase order in classic Inventory Mangement. The subinventory and locator gets defaulted automatically based on the item transaction defaults. The same was not happening in the Mobile Inventory UI of the Inventory Management until 25B released.

But as part of 25B note, below functionality has been introduced.

As per the above, it should default the Subiventory and Locator but currently it is not doing the same for Receive Goods. It is working for Miscellaneous transactions.
