IDR AP Automation - SMTP and Email boxes Configuration
Hi All,
We have successfully configured SMTP and DKIM in OCI, enabling these mailboxes to both send and receive emails.
We are currently working on setting up email forwarding from these Gmail inboxes to our IDR's test email
so that IDR can automatically pick up and process invoices. However, when we attempt to configure this forwarding in Gmail, the system sends a verification link to the Oracle workflow email address, requiring a login to complete the process.
Our questions are:
How can we resolve this verification requirement?
Is it possible to log in to the Oracle workflow email address (epuw-test.idr.invoices.@workflow.mail.us2.cloud.oracle.com) to complete the verification?
