How can we populate email of a different user as hold applied/ released by user using Rest API

Summary:

Hi, we are trying to use the following API to apply release hold on Order Lines. The process is the user provides multiple Sales Order lines in an excel file. Integration to go through the each record in the file and apply and release the hold specified by the user.

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/salesOrdersForOrderHub/action/applyHold

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/salesOrderActionRequests

We are currently using ReceiveOrderRequestService, where we able to provide the user name for hold applied or released by user. Is the same is possible to set a user similarly using rest api.
