Knowledge Article Link on Email Not Working
Hi Experts,
We have created few Articles which some links into it, now when we are using the channel as email communication, the Article Link which is shared to employee on email is converting to a normal text.
Due to which if any update with Articles is sent to employees via email, then they are unable to open the link. Can you please suggest how we can add link to email or how does this functionality work.
