PO Receipt Header - Unable to find the PO Receipt Header area

Summary: When we do a PO Receipt the users want to have an option to go to a PO Receipt header level. I remember in R12, during the PO Receipt there is a Next button, and system is presenting a header with the Waybill and Packing slip etc. We want to have a DFF at the PO Receipt header, but now I am unable to see the PO Receipt section. This a from the My Receipt page.

This is what I see now, if user click submit, receipt is created without going to a PO Receipt area.
