Unable to deactivate a Person Bank account using RestAPI

You can't update this bank account as you're a secondary joint owner of this bank account. Contact primary owner of this bank account to make any updates. (IBY-825899)

All we are doing is trying to update the end date of the bank account that is having the issue here.
