Onboarding/Recruiting Employee Name field

Summary:

What is an alternative for updating the "Employee Name" in OTBI, where it displays First Name Last Name for Onboarding/Recruiting, and not change any of the existing reports for this field in OTBI? The reports in OTBI currently pull this column in Last Name, First Name. However, one area needs this field to be displayed in a different way. What are the options? Currently, we are being told that for onboarding to appear one way will impact the entire system for this field, where all reports will have to be manually updated individually.
