BIP report output is not delivered to email id's

Hi Team,
BIP report output is not delivered to the internal DNS email ids (for both individual's and DL's).
Is there any such restriction in Oracle ? However the report output generated ,status showing as success and delivered, but the users not received the output. Any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.
