Cannot add comments to rejection or approval of purchase requisitions like you can in Worklist link

Is there a way to have the comments textbox show up in notifications page, like it does in worklist?

In notifications page, if you press an action there is no way to add comments. You must enter into hyper link and add comments in worklist page.
